Back after long time away

I've renewed my interest in dreams after over a year away from DV. Once upon a time I was quite diligent with my DJ: One Must Imagine Sisyphus Happy

It's interesting to come back and read over my old dreams. Once I read a few sentences, I'm transported back into my memory and call still recall the images and feelings of those dreams from years ago. The mind is really an amazing thing and my fascination with the mind is one of the things that motivates me to study and enhance my dreams. My interest lately is a bit less in lucid dreaming and more in the connection between dreams, sleep quality, mood, depression, and general well-being both in waking life and dream life. As I start up my DJ again, I'm sure the lucid dreams will come.
