Hello! New to the community

Hello everyone. I'm new to the Dream Views community, and Internet forums in general. I figured it wouldn't hurt to adopt a new hobby so I thought I would give a forum a chance and what could be better better than a lucid dreaming forum! :banana: I'm 24 years old and first got into Lucid Dreaming 2 years ago after some vivid dreams and watching "Waking Life." (Which I highly recommend) I used to write in my dream journal every couple weeks, do reality checks once or twice a day, and think about lucid dreaming before bed. So far I've had about 6 lucid dreams I can recall and a few almost attempts at WILD. My hopes are to join this site and start getting back to the limitless possibilities of dreaming. :shadewink: I'm open ears to any help, encouragement, criticizim, or experience you may want to share. Your going to love it here, there's no better way to master lucidity than this forum if you ask me. Your previous experiences with lucid dreaming will assist you greatly, and I have no doubt you will be experiencing some more very soon! My advice to you is to work out a routine and stick with it, see I've had about 30 lucid dreams but I have restarted twice due to stopping (doesn't help at all). Seeing as your 24 I would also suggest taking lucid dreaming supplements like B6, every time I have taken 50mg with a week gap I have achieved lucidity. A great thing to get into as well is the lucid dreaming classes, which can be found in the Dreamviews academy board. Other than that I hope you have a great time mastering lucidity here on Dreamviews!

I highly recommend you join the the intro class. It's a great place where you can meet new friends, get help from great teachers and keep track of your progress. Here's the link to the sub-forum where you can create a workbook and join the fun!
