Time to start trying to lucid dream!

Hey, it's my first time ever trying. I have lurked this site a little and been wanting to lucid dream but never really put in effort. Now I'm going to try.


Anyways, this morning I woke up at ~9:30am. I didn't have to really get up for a while and decided to rest. So I laid down and rested, trying not to go to sleep. I started imagining me playing League of Legends, and could imagine everything. I was playing and somehow got to realizing my arm was on my chest, and clearly I couldn't click a button. Then I realized I could start Lucid dreaming, haha!

But because of this, I got excited and my head started pulsating, and kicked me out of dream world and woke me up. Not fair!

Anyways, I still thought that was awesome. I have done stuff like this as a little kid, but never really tried to dream and do something I wanted to do while I knew I was dreaming. Anyways, time to get started!

That's how you do it :) You almost achieved a DEILD or WILD. Try to visualize something in 1st person next time and interact with something. Use your senses. I usually touch objects with my hands and really focus my eyes on it. Suddenly what you're half imagining is right there infront of you and you're dreaming.
