Am i nearly WILDing? i still need some help

Last night i think i nearly wilded... I was seeing light images and shapes, and eventually dream fragments.... the problem is i think i tried to step into my dreams too soon or something, because the frist time i tried to become part of my dream ( like interact with part of the dream fragment i guess) i could tell i wasnt really doing it, but as soon as i did, something felt different, but i could definently tell i was still in my bed. Am i getting closer to WILDing, and need to figure ot the rght time to transition, or am i doing something completely wrong?

Did you feel any type of transitional sensations, like vibration? I suspect that you did try to enter the dream too soon. Just sit back and wait a little bit longer for your body to enter sleep paralysis and I think you will be there.
