Hello, World!
Incoming cliche introduction...
Good morning/evening. You can call me Alice or rather Alicethetic(Pronounces like synthetic) For the past few months I have read into lucid dreaming and found it to be quite interesting. I am looking to get more into it as I feel that it could possibly improve my overall well being. I hope that I can master some if not all(idk) techniques and learn from past memories to improve my future.
I've never really been good with forum introductions, so I will leave this as is.

Welcome to DV!
Having a list of goals is great, try to write down a couple of short term and long term ones. Having a short term in the beginning that goes something like: "Get lucid, stay lucid for 30 seconds, stabilize, try to fly" etc is great for motivation. You don't want to set up a very complex goal right away. Make it a long term instead and work towards achieving that. If you want to visit another world then try to master teleportation, stabilization and perhaps some other neat trick before attempting it.
If you're wondering about anything, me and the Dream Guide Team is here to help you out.

Welcome to Dreamviews!
I would certainly take Matte's advice and direct any questions over towards the Dream Guide Team, they have been extremely helpful to me so far.
