Newbi and semi lucid dream

Hello. I'm new to this forum and lucid dreaming alike, so bear with me. The only ever somewhat lucid dream I had was a month or two ago. My cat brought in a baby raccoon, and it escaped. Later I found the raccoon on the couch, but it escaped again. That was at midnight. Then it was morning, I went out side and hopped a few fences. Then when I reached the street I saw that half of it was snowcovered and the rest of it was not. Then I thought, "Hey, I must be dreaming." I looked up, and then I woke up. I don't really recall what I saw when I looked up. So, there you have it. I hope I can regain more knowledge as how to lucid dream here.

Other than that, my interests pertain to art and science, and I hardly ever watch TV.

I assume that this was a spontaneous lucid dream, as opposed to one that you were "trying" for? Did you know about lucid dreaming before it happened?

Since you've already had one, you know what it feels like, so that should make it easier for you to re-create it than if you were coming in cold.

Welcome to Dreamviews Leelu! There is so much to learn here, and it seems your on the right track. I saw some of yoru art on dviantart.com and I love the styl.. Perhaps you could gain some insperation for some drawing in your lucid dreams! Have fun.
