Hi all
My name is Reynhardt and I am new to this whole Lucid dreaming thing. I find it completely fascinating and I hope that I can manage to have lucid dreams at some stage. I can recall 3+ dreams per night, I'm keeping a journal and have been trying the DILD techniques for about a months or so, but nothing so far has helped.
I'm starting to get a bit discouraged and I'm hoping some of you have a few ideas that would keep me going.
Cheers

Hi Reynhardt, welcome to Dreamviews!
Glad you decided to make an account. We would be happy to help you with your quest.
If you'd like, check out our DV Academy. Maybe you would like to join a DILD class, so I can give you personalized help to finetune your technique. You just create a new thread with your name in the title and tell me how you practice. Or, you can post to forum Attaining lucidity and describe exactly what you practice and how.
Btw, month is not so long, don't despair. :alien:

Welcome Reynhardt! It's good to have you with us.
Don't worry if things take a little time to get going. My first LD was accidental, and after that I failed to have another for two solid months (in spite of lots of trying.) But you know what? I stuck with it, found the best info that I could, engaged in the best lucid dreaming practices that I could find information on, and eventually things came together. If you stick with things and put in the work, you will be successful.
Your dream recall, BTW, is already at a nice level, so kudos there!
Gab has given you great advice by pointing to the DV Academy and her specialized DILD class. DILD is a powerful family of techniques and is still my primary way of achieving lucidity. Gab's a great teacher and she can help you see all that this powerful tech has to offer.
Good luck, keep at it, and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions. Feel free to post any queries either in this thread or in a PM to me or any of the other Dream Guides. We'll be glad to answer them for you.
