Hi, I want to learn more about lucid dreaming, and hope to learn a lot here. I use to have what you call wilds, in less than 10 minutes, almost as soon as I would lay down, I would get sp. I never have lucid dreams, I came close a couple of days ago, but I had no dream control, I hope to have many lucids, have a nice day everyone.
Hello mate! I am almost in the same situation as you are. I have WILDs 2 times a day, but I can't make it when I try DILD.
