Hello night adventurers
I'm from Portugal, i already practice Lucid dreaming, Dream Yoga and Sleep Yoga for about 10 years, i would like to share my knowledge and learn more with this community.
The reason i register on this forum is to try to find some answer, for more advanced techniques i been researching for about a 1 year, for go beyond the Lucid dream itself and explore even deeper into our own conscious mind, getting in touch with our super consciousnesses.
