Hello and welcome. :)
Welcome to the forum.
Hey Superman! :superman:
Welcome, are you familiar with lucid dreaming? http://www.dreamviews.com/introducti...-dreaming.html
If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. Seeya :)
Not really no but im very interested in learning as i suffer from sp quite reguarly, i used to go oob many times as a kid and fly over my hometown etc but not intentional, i just want to overcome the fear of sp so i can intentionally have an out of body exp or astral travel, are lucid dreaming and astral travel not the same thing? Id also like to remember more of my dreams and gain some control over them thats why i joined, thanks for replying :)
Hello and welcome :)
I haven't actually read nothing about astral projection but I guess it happens in the real world and not with in the dream like lucid dreaming, which of course sounds kinda silly. But I'm always open minded to everything I just want to experience it first by myself. And heres for the dream remembering and controlling ----> Dream Control Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views, Dream Recall Tutorial - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
Good luck friend! :sleepmeditate2:
For me, they are different things. Lucid dreaming is simply being aware that you are dreaming while you are in the dream. While astral travel involves some form of....travel...across the astral plane. At least that's what I think. I honestly have not delved into astral projection. Also, there is much debate over whether it is real or whatnot. If you wanna know more about it, check out the Beyond Dreaming
You mentioned you wanted to gain control of your dreams. You can do that with lucid dreaming! :D
