Yo and welcome to dreamviews! :welcome:
A good first thing to do to start out with lucid dreaming, is to begin a dream journal, either material or virtual one, it should help you to boost dream recall and increase chance of getting lucid, also be sure to pick one or a few of reality checks to do through the day and each time you wake up. Also tutorial forum zoth00 linked is a good place to read about methods and techniques, be sure to check it out. :)
Also you could check Dreamviews Academy and it's intro class: Intro Class , it's a good place to start for people who are new to lucid dreaming. :peek:
Good luck on your journey into lucid dreaming! ;)

Hello, matthewebbert, and welcome to Dreamviews.
I second the dream journal suggestion - and you can post it here, for ease of access and to entertain, if you so desire.
