Hello folks :)
My name is Jerone. Had my first lucid dream, I think... Lol, I've been getting into lucid dreaming these last few months in hopes to get better control of my insomnia and my dreaming.
I've been a dreamer all of my life, having usually 3-5 memorable dreams a night, and its always fascinated me that I could never realize that I was dreaming. I don't have a lot of nightmares, but I've had enough to want to learn how to control my actions while dreaming.
I've also gotten into lucid dreaming because I've been writing stories for a long time and want to try to make my made up world come somewhat to life. Look forward to meeting everyone :)

Welcome to Dreamviews, Jerone!
Have you also been dream journaling all those dreams you recall? That's some good dream recall :).

Welcome to DV, and congratulations on the lucid! Seeing that you have good recall, I would suggest learning the DILD technique.

I tried dream journaling, but after having several abstract dreams, I was disheartened. I didn't know where to begin or what to write. Also, I dream a LOT and it became a chore after the first couple of nights.
Wade Wilson, thanks for the suggestion. I've been focused on the WILD technique cause I was hoping itwould help me learn how to go to sleep easier, but ive only ended up getting "Trapped in Atonia"...
