My name is Jake and Im 18 years old. I am from Hershey pennsylvania and I like to discuss dreams and the effect they have on my mind. In my life, I've only ever had a handful of lucid dreams in which I had control. Its pretty cool though when it happens and im curious as to how I can initiate a lucid dream. People tell me that there are drinks and herbs(like mugwort) that you can use to help initiate vivid lucid dreams. Does anybody know various techniques that I would be able to use to try and achieve lucidity?

There is also the Lucid Aids where you can read about herbs and other supplements and lucid aids.
