Tomato Sausage
Just joined; looks like a nice community.
It's my intention to focus on lucid dreaming this summer while I'm not at college and care less about fucking with my sleep cycle. I've got a dream journal and some "lucid dreaming supplements" with vitamin B and and some herbs that are supposed to do shit, I don't know. I've had a few lucid dreams, and they were pretty awesome. I try to keep a list of things I want to experiment with in the dream world. Feel free to recommend techniques or dream ideas or whatever.

Why did you title your thread "tomato sausage" xD?
Anyway, welcome GeorgeLevanter, seems like you've proposed quite a journey to yourself this summer! Don't worry too much about your sleep cycles though, the majority of techniques don't really require you to loose any sleep, and those that do don't put you in a sleep deprived stage.
I'd suggest you to take a read at this guide, where you can find a brief explanation of the most famous techniques and hopefully you can find the one that fits you the best. In the end, it's mostly about consistency and dedication above everything ^^
Regarding yourr supplements, you can clear any doubts regarding their usage at our Lucid Aids sub-forum. This sticky contains loads of helpful information. Good luck!
PS: Mancon, where are you :(?

Welcome to the forums! Very nice community indeed :)
Remember to get lots of sleep, write as much as possible in your Journal and keep your dreams stable once lucid.
Once again, welcome :)
