Welcome to Dramviews, Nesi!
We would be happy to point in the right direction regarding lucid dreaming. Please check out our Academy to see, if there is a class you would like to participate in. You will simple make a workbook by posting your own thread with your question, and your teacher will give you personalized advice on how to get started with lucid dreaming. There are classes to help you chose between induction techniques, and also classes for the techniques. You can read more about each class after you click on each category.
If you like to draw, we have a thread here, where you can post your art, and you can also post your dream related art in a dream journal, together with your dreams. Please ask, if you have any question. happy dreams:alien:

Welcome, Nesi! I think starting a dream journal is one good way to start to improve your dream recall and start to hopefully see patterns in your dreams. All the best!

Good luck LDing! The academy is a good place to start like gab said. :)
My best advice is to not underestimate a good night's sleep! Check out the summer challenge in my signature. I think that it should help out new LDers and old alike. Have fun and dream awesome.
