The same thing happens to me. Usually I remember more of my dreams when I'm writing in my dream journal after I wake up. I also have trouble concentrating on remebering my dreams the minute I wake up, so I usually change my position in bed before I realize I shouldn't move away from my waking position. :?
Hey rmjr,
I often remember the last dream I had clearest when I just woke up, I can still see fragments of it if I close my eyes. The dreams I had earlier in the night, I might just remember the weirdest parts of. Later on in the day, or even maybe just an hour after having woken up and gotten out of bed, I might do something that reminds me at once of something that I think I did, but then I remember that I never actually did it, I just dreamt about it. In that way I often remember fragments of dreams as well, allthough thats usually not much.
I should write down small parts of my dreams as soon as I wake up from them... Would be good for my dream recalling :)
Hiya, it's perfectly normal to have what you describe.Quote:

It's the perfect way to start. Just keep writing in your dream journal, and soon you will be recalling two or three dreams with ease.
