Thanks so much members! And an Update

Thanks so much to w very one who gave me a few tips on what I should be doing to improve recall and become a regular lucid dreamer!

Just wanted to give you a quick update on my dream recall!! And a lucid moment!!

I just had a dream last nighr that I seemed to be at a sink and in front of a mirror. As I was there, I soon began to realize that I was dreaming and became lucid for a few seconds although everything became fuzzy and I guess I woke up from being excited.

The last two nights my dream recall has become great! As I am journaling all the time. And last night Ijust had this experience! So awsome. Now hopefully I can stay lucid!!
