An Intro with Results

Umm hey I guess....

So I found this site a week ago or so from a Google search I think and read over most of the material. I found it all very refreshing in that it is not lost in "new-age" hype or religious dogma.

Anyway, with almost no effort other than before going to sleep and immediately waking up I concentrate on wanting to remember my dreams I have remembered 4 dreams in the past 3 days. Prior to that I would say I averaged 1-3 a month/max.

One of the dreams actually woke me up after my arms were psuedo paralyzed in the dream which my "dream consciousness" rationalized as me being drunk.

So I am encouraged by this because I've always had vivid and fantastic dreams and the idea that I can bring them back just by working on it (which is admittedly obvious once you think about it) is fantastic.

p.s. - Watched Waking Life for the first time last night. Pretty cool...
