My interest in exploring myself brought me here :)

Hi, I am 27 old who has been interested in psychology and self improvement for 6 years now. I suffered from depression 2 years ago, but antidepressants, meditation and spirituality helped me get out of the hole I was at. Later I found Eckhart Tolle`s books and been practicing awareness /living in the NOW/ for 1.5 years. A friend of mine told me about lucid dreaming a month ago and I thought that I want my nights not to be filled with something and that my awareness practice and strong memory might help me progress quickly.

I do hope you find that lucid dreaming helps you with your personal goals. Certainly the awareness techniques you've been practicing have the possibility to give you a head start towards a lucid dream.

Your strong memory will likely be your greatest ally. I don't know if you're writing down your dreams at home but we have a great Dream Journal system that works well for tracking them and keeping an eye out for dream signs that may lead to future lucid dreams. Give it a try!
