Old member returning, need help

Hi guys,
I used to have an account on here (~1 year ago) but I've decided to make a new one and start fresh as I try again to get lucid.
I've had two lucid dreams before after I tried for around 2 months, however I eventually gave up and I'm looking to get into it again.

So I tried some techniques in the past, mainly WILD, and had very limited success. In terms of what doesn't work for me, I found ADA and WILD both difficult and I'm looking to try out another technique to have lucids more often than I did in the past, and which would also suit my bust lifestyle more.

Would SSILD be appropriate for me? I've heard some good things about it. If not, what other techniques are there which I can try out that WON'T take up time during the day?

Unfortunately it is against forum rules to have multiple accounts, a moderator will deal with you later.
As for your queries, almost all techniques will take up a portion of your day in some way. I would recommend sticking with DILD until you have a few lucids, then you can try experiment with others.
