i just started lucid dreaming. i started monday. i have already purchased exploring the world of lucid dreaming. im trying to improve my dream recall and im writing every thing down in my dream journal is there any other methods i should start trying before i start lucid dreaming. thanks

It's great that you've started a dream journal and such. I recommend you just spend some time looking through the site...and all the different sections. There are tutorials if you want to jump in and get started right away.
