Religions, huh? Cool. One of my favorite college courses was Philosophy of Eastern Religions. lucid dreaming could be used to grow spiritually, and it plays a significant part of Tibetan Buddhism, but I believe it could be applied for other religious exploration. I find that for me at least spirituality and dreams (no matter whether lucid or non-lucid) go hand in hand, and a lot of my dreams could be interpreted as being about my spiritual development, that is when I remember my dreams - got to work on improving my dream recall again! Speaking of dream recall, how is yours? How often do you remember dreams? Do you keep a dream journal? Improving dream recall is an important first step on the way to lucid dreaming.
