a n00bish question for anyone interested in answering
i do not have any clue if this has been discused on the boards or not and im juat flat out confused. but i was wondering..some where on the site it said some people say they have dreamless sleep and they do have dreams they just dont remember them..
i do have dreams and sumtimes i cant remember them, i no that as a fact, but a good portion of my sleep is just like black or i dont no how to describe it.. but its like just blank.. so i guess my question is
Do you dream the entire time you are asleep.. or just during REM?
bc im pretty shure i got the REM dreams down, im just curious what the blankness is,
Did i forget, or am i just not dreaming at that part?
sorry for the long post!

hiya!
What's your recall like overall? You are more likely to remember a dream in the longer phases of REM sleep, which occur closer to your waking up time.
Are you keeping a dream journal? If not, i suggest you start one as soon as possible, as this is proven to aid recall.
You'll soon find that within a couple of weeks you'll be remembering a lot more!
I keep my dreamjournal in a little notebook, and then write them into the dream journal feature on the board.
I'll post the link!
