I think I may be a veteran?

Hi everyone! My name's Kayla and I have been lucid dreaming since I was a kid. I never really knew there was a name for it until a couple of years ago when I saw inception. I have been trying to have these dreams more frequently. I have usually 2-3 extremely vivid dreams a week, and I am able to lucid dream about once per week. I have never known all of these "tips" I've been reading about lately and am extremely excited to try them, especially spinning around and rubbing hands to maintain lucidity. I just bought a remee mask... has anyone had any luck with those?

Usually my lucidity goes away when the scene changes. Occasionally, I have an extremely vivid lucid dream, where I'm able to totally direct it. The most vivid dream I've ever had involved an adventure to save the planet from an alien attack. My most common dream sign is a plane crashing. Generally as soon as I see a plane, even when I'm awake, I "will" it to crash. If it does, I know I'm dreaming. If it doesn't, I know I'm awake. And what can I say. I devote about 90% of my lucid dreams to creating elaborate sexual encounters. Hey, if you can do anything you want, right? ;-)
