Hey, I'm new... :P

This might sound silly, but whilst I was looking through the forums I came upon abbreviations -- i.e. HI,REM,LD,MILD,WILD etc. -- and I have no idea what they mean. Can someone tell me? lol

WILD is WAKE induced lucid dream
MILD is MNEUMONIC induced lucid dream
REM is Rapid eye movement

I found all of the abbreviations confusing aswell but I have slowly learnt some myself just by guessing, however I didn't know there was a topic on it, so thank-you. =)
