Lately...
My Lucid dreams are intense to the point where I 100% know I am dreaming but I cannot control my environment...
I can decide on my own actions but still have to play with the events that unfold around me. For example when I enter lucidity I normally jump to see if I have full control of myself, it lets me know I am in the dream and ready to go.
I find it very hard attaining the dream though I literally begin having a fit like sensation and sometimes feels like I stop breathing which wakes me up and then of course thats where the sleep paralysis kicks in... I can easily attain the lucid dream again and again but i can never win when it comes to my body going through the vibration stage as I always feel like I am losing breath or something weird like a fit. Is this normal?
I am in no way a religious or spiritual man I guess but I have read that if I let myself past the vibration stage (Where I feel like I am having a fit and stop breathing sensation) ..That it can lead to something more than a Lucid dream... Like OBE's lol
So guess I am here to learn and and read some of the storys you guys have and see what else can be done with this lucid dreaming or more.
Cheers.

Well it may feel like it, but you can't stop breathing, so my guess is you just have to fight through it, also it's completely normal that you can't control most of the dream, but it's okay, with time and practice you'll gain more and more control over things.

Welcome to DreamViews McKellion!
Here's some info for you on Dream Control: http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...m-control.html
Also, since you're noticing issues with the transition phases with OBEs (which can also just be WILDs), here's a GREAT thread about it. It dispels a lot of myths about it, but also help you recognize certain markers in the transitions so you can use them to help you get lucid: http://www.dreamviews.com/wake-initi...ntry-wild.html
Please let anyone in staff know if you have any questions about this type of lucid method, or anything else. Nice to meet you and have fun!
