Welcome Jake!
Thanks!
Consider yourself welcomed!
Now, tell us more about yourself. Have you ever had a lucid dream? Have you tried before? What made you come to DreamViews?
There, that should keep you busy for a few minutes. :D
Right, I have never had a lucid dream before but it seems really interesting...Haz told me to join the site I was talking to him, I had heard of lucid dreaming before, but wasn't really interested......But now it seems interseting.......
I repeated a word, like 3 times there :P
So.....Where should I start?

Try keeping a DJ! It is very useful in these situations!
OK, cool!
First of all, I would recommend reading all the materials on the DreamViews main site. It's really not that much to read, and it will give you a good overview of the process of lucid dreaming, and some ideas about where to start.
Next, check out the Tutorials section. These cover a variety of methods that you can use to help achieve lucidity in your dreams.
One thing that is very important is being able to recall your dreams. The best way to improve your dream recall is to keep a dream journal. An easy way to do this is to keep a notepad and writing implement next to your bed, and as soon as you wake up, write down anything you can remember from your dreams. If you don't do it right away when you wake up, you will likely forget. The more you do this, you will likely find yourself remembering more dreams, and in greater detail.
As for actually inducing a lucid dream, I highly recommend starting with the WBTB method combined with MILD, as explained in the tutorials.
After you've checked out this info, if you have any more specific questions, please ask! :D
