I just found these forums on Google and thought they're worth a try.
I have never had a lucid dream before, but I am working on it. I have got a lil book where I'm writing down my dreams.
I went through different toturials about luicd dreaming on Youtube and Wikipedia.

Hi Anna, and welcome to Dreamviews.
Even if you have already seen some tutorials at other places, it would be worth your while to check out ours. Ours are streamlined and they don't see sleep paralysis as part of lucid dreaming. I know lots of youtube videos are misleading with regards to SP.
