lurker finally becomes member!*questions*

hi i'm Stephen and i live in the US. i've been lurking on this site for a while now and finally decided to sign up because i had my first LD!(kind of...)

the other night i became aware i was dreaming but it was weird. its like as soon as i fell asleep i fell into a LD. now i dont know if i would call it a wild since i wasnt even trying. i just fell into an aware dream without any cues, RCs, or anything. sadly, i got sucked out AS SOON as it began and woke up.

*questions*

(take it easy i am a complete newb xD)

1. what would you call this occurrence?

2. if it happens again, suggestions for stabilization?

Sounds like you had a wild, congrats. Sometimes we can have a lucid dream without trying, even a wild. Next time it happens, try to immense yourself as much as possible in the dream. Engage all our sense and most importantly, act. We have a number of monthly tasks which are lot of fun and help prolong dreams, keep you focused.
