Hi everyone.
I decided to take up lucid dreaming again. I've been keeping a dream journal on and off for 2-3 weeks now, and I tried inducing LD with the "get up at the middle of the night, go back to sleep and concentrate on your senses for a while" technique (can't remember the name!, similar to WILD). Had no success but I did manage 1 LD a few years back when I first tried it. Took me about a week with a journal, but I was much more psyched then. :)
I decided I'll translate same guides to Croatian for the forum, at least that way I'll be thinking about LD more ;)
Cheers

Welcome to the forums! I hope you enjoy your stay and I hope you find what you need. I haven't read much into the translation posts but I'm sure they'll appreciate it.
The method you're referring to seems to be SSILD (from what I know it to be), I recently discovered the method and the link can be found here
http://www.dreamviews.com/induction-...eam-ssild.html
although I understand there is an updated version of the method. This can also be found on that link too.

Yep, SSILD. I only saw it on one site, but it seemed good. Thanks, I'll look into it. :)

Welcome to Dreamviews!
It's always recommended to start with a basic method, (DILD, to be precise), before adjusting it or trying out some other method. Please let us know if you need any help. Happy dreams:alien:

Yeah that's how I did it the first time. Honestly I was a bit lazy with the RC's and wanted to see if I could skip it with another method. :cheeky: Looks like I'll have to put a bit more effort in.
Thanks ;)
