New Guy folks, greetings
Hi, I am a 22 year old male from london for most of my life I have never been much of a dreamer but in the last few months there has been a dramatic shift in the amount of dreams I'm having. I think improved sleeping habits are probably part of this I sleep 8/9 hours night now and have a clear mind throughout the day. Most importantly some of the dreams are so striking in terms of what I am seeing that they can't be random images my subconscious throws together while my conscious mind rests. I've started to write into a dream diary and will share some of these dreams for feedback.
When I was 16 a psychology teacher actually suggested to my class that we all carry dream diaries to make it easier to study dreams. i did this but my dreams seemed very mundane at that time that I lost interest but im back in the groove.
Also i'm wondering if your allowed to post about multiple dreams in one thread? as I have had dreams that seem to be loosely connected over a few weeks.
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the forums!
To answer your question, yes, you can post multiple dreams in one thread, but don't let them get too long. Include the important information but if you write out complete details on several dreams people will be less likely to read through it and try to help. Just be sure to watch the thread and answer any questions people have so they can help answer yours.
There's a section on the forums where you can post your dreams, called dream journals, or DJ. It's the same as your dream diary but by sharing it with people they'll be better equipped to help you out. Plus, instead of re-writing them out in a new thread you can just link to the DJ entries or ask your questions there - a lot of people like to read through others' DJs to get ideas/help people out/pure curiosity.
I also highly recommend reading through the various guides on the forums on how to lucid dream and where to start (though you have a DJ already, so you're off to a good start) as they will likely answer a lot of general questions. If you have any specific questions you can either start a thread in the appropriate forum or pm one of the experienced members or one of the dream guides - members with green names who are there to help with any questions people have.
Good luck on your dreams and welcome to the forums! :)

Welcome! I hope you enjoy your stay on the forums!
Though your dreams may be boring, it's a good idea to still record them, as it still builds better dream recall.
May all your dreams be lucid!
