Welcome to DV Tlaloc! :)
Hey and welcome! :)
Oh I see you come from New Zealand! I have been there on a school exchange for one year and I just loveeeee it so much! I wish I could go over there again! Are you from the North or the South Island?
Anyway, I'm sure you will enjoy your time on the forum. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
May I ask what your goals concerning Lucid Dreams and dreaming in general are? I'm always curious to know :)
Sweet dreams!
Hi Benni - thanks for the welcome!! I am from Windy Wellington - though I spent a fair amount of time training up in Auckland. Glad you liked NZ!!!!:) I do miss the place being based in the UK now.
My immediate LD goals are to improve stabilization after becoming lucid. I just crash and burn at the moment!
Dreamviews seems like a great network and forum for new ideas and support, I've been experimenting with inducing lucid dreams using vibration as a cue so I'm keen to keep running with that.
Thanks again for the welcome Benni!
You're very welcome! :D
Ohhh I have been to Wellington and Auckland on my North Island Tour (it was a tour with students from all over the world which was a lot of fun). It's lovely! Especially going uphill with the cablecars and enjoying the view. But the UK is a nice place to be at as well, isn't it? ;)
ohh stabilisation - if you want any advice I will give my best to try and help/answer any questions that you might have.
Oh yes it really is a great network! It's just soooo helpful and personally I just love how it motivates you to keep going when you read through the forum and see how much work so many people put into LDs - it's just awesome!Quote:

Hiya Benni! Thanks for the quick reply! Glad you liked Wellies, I used to work near the base of the Cable Car and walk up into the Botancal gardens in my lunchtimes, its a nice compact city, Wellington and the views can be magical - beautiful on a still day, scary but powerful on a stormy one! We always hope visitors get one of the better days! The UK is a good place to be as well, been here for a few years now, I like the history especially. Just came back from a holiday home to NZ 3 wks ago so still a bit homesick I think! I haven't visited Germany yet but heard a lot of good things and have one Kiwi friend based over there so would like to visit at some point. So many places to see!
If you have any tips on stabilization that would be great. I just started a workbook and saw you'd done the same earlier in the year so be great to know someone whos on the same journey! Had a lucid last night but again couldn't stop it fading in time! Any advice welcome!
Welcome to Dreamviews!
Nice that you have decided to register. Participation is one of the best motivators. If you need anything, just ask. Happy dreams:alien:
Welcome
Induction Methods and Techniques
Thank you for the welcome - I know this must sound silly, but having been aware of this site for a couple of months its really exciting to have finally crossed the threshold from watching it and reading others posts and tutorials to being a (very small) part of it! The warm welcomes are really appreciated!
off to my workbook - thanks again!
Ohhh lovely! I visited the botanical gardens as well. I stayed at a place called Winton (near Invercargill) and it was very stormy there as well at times (and rainy :D ), but the people were sooo kind. Oh btw talking about Wellington - I stayed at a hostel there and right on the opposite side of it there was a huge New World supermarket and I LOVED the food they sold there! They had the most delicious kinds of Lindt chocolate which we don't even have in Germany even though it is made in Switzerland which is somehow really crazy haha. I will certainly go back to NZ one day just like you did on your holiday and meet all my friends :)
Yes, I can offer you some advice. I will just add you and we can talk via PMs :)
Welcome Tlaloc! :D
Hi Narwhal - thanks for the welcome! Its really nice to have people drop a line saying hello :) Hope its not too chilly where you are! -
I'm pretty excited to have finally joined the site. I just hit 21 LD's myself 2 nights ago but it took me 6 mths to get there! The good news is that I feel I am getting (slowly) better at it - and joining this site is going to be a massive boost I'm sure. Cheers for the welcome - see you round!
No probby wasabi :D I wish it was a little more chilly, I live in hot dry california desert lol
Congrats on getting your 21st lucid! I myself am stuck in quite a dry spell for lucid dreams at the moment, but the good news is like you said, this site will give us both a massive boost in the right direction :D - Cheers
