Helloooo! From England!
Hello I am Looke
For 2014 I have switched my intention of Astral Travel/Out of body experiences to Lucid Dreaming many may disagree but after experiencing each one I feel there is a difference between the two states of consciousness this is a personal belief in which I don't wish to offend anyone with or discuss. I have visited the forum before and I feel the community is great and informative I look forward to sharing experiences through out the year.

Welcome from me as well! :)
Sounds like you have already gathered some experiences - great! I am looking forward to getting to know about them.
Good luck and sweet dreams :)

Thank you ... I read a few of your Journal entries. I was very intrigued by the art on "Surprise Rocket Shoes" did you create if so I think it is a great art style and really found it a good depiction of the events you described.

Thank you I have had quite a few experiences including a Lucid Dream while exploring OOBE...It is something that I genuinely love and enjoy I feel this forum will really help with my progression :) you have had 18 LD's is it okay to ask you since when ? :)
-
Wow sounds great!
yes, 18 it is :D Apparently I can't really give you a solid time span because they are spread all over the place. I had my first LD end of 2012. then maybe 2-3 in summer 2013 (I had a few long breaks that I still regret :( ) and the rest is from last autumn untill now. 3 of them in 2014 so far, but I am working my way up to increase my consistency to 3 LDs / week and then further up to 1 LD/night :D Do you have any similar goals or do you keep a DJ or Dream goal journey to keep track with your dreams and goals? :)
-
I learnt sometimes breaks help you reflect i would have breaks from oobe inducing which lead to better results i think it may depend on person to person :-) that's really good progress though. I do keep a dream journal its been a powerful tool making dreams more vivid and questionable and i have only had it a week :-) my goals are to attempt interrogation of my sleep disorder in order to formulate a cure of some sort possibly and to have fun and connect deeper to my subconscious :-)
