Induction Methods and Techniques
Welcome to DV AppleJak! :)
Thanks :goodjob2:
I do have a questíon. I have been reading the stickys but im not sure wich technique to practice. Is there any technique that suits beginners better? I did have some LD 3 years ago but I never came close to learning the skill.
DILD maybe? If your LD was just by accident or something then it was a DILD. You should stick with one technique so you don't get confused. Also if you don't like sleep paralysis then try DILD
Alright. Yes it was through DILD I got them. Im thinking of trying out MILD.
DILD is most often recommended to start with. And it's not because the Sleep paralysis. SP is not associated with lucid dreaming. It is a disorder. If you were not having SP till now, you will not get it when lucid dreaming. It's a huge misunderstanding.

And here is a DILD and RCs tutorial Induction Methods and Techniques Check it out and ask your questions. Good luck:alien:
Cool. So DILD is basically being aware while doing RC to switch that behavior over to the dreamlife. Would it be a mistake to practice DILD and MILD at the same time? And whats the Point of doing 2-3 RC at the same time?:)
Oh sure, MILD and DILD are great together.
Well, it's good to have more than one RC. RCs never failed me, but just in case one doesn't work out for you, you have a back up. And it's fun to see, which RC will you mind pick to do in a dream. It's always a surprise for me.
