Hello everyone :)

My name is Zhein, i'm 18 years old and from Denmark. Back when i was a kid i had 3 encounters with what i, until recently, thought were real demons/ghosts. This was quite the experience for me, but since then i have learned about sleep paralysis and i'm now convinced that that must be what had happened. Since then i have gotten interested in dreams which led me to the subject of lucid dreaming. I must admit i am a tad skeptical, but i have looked at some of the research done, and the sheer amount of people on this site claiming they are able to do it, have convinced me to give it a serious shot and see what happens :D.
