Hello, Dream Views.
Hello, everyone.
My name is Jack, I'm 36 and live in the north east of England. I've been fascinated by dreams for as long as I can remember and began having DILDs as a teenager. The lucid dreams petered out in my twenties, but I've started having them again lately - I'm not sure why.
However, I am confident that reading the forums and participating in them will inspire me to have more LDs and better dream recall.

Hey OptiMystic, welcome to DreamViews!
You know, you'll occasionally hear about folks having lucids in their youth, then they'll die out and come back years later. Same happened to me. Good news obviously is that you already had them before, so on some level you remember the feeling of getting there. And reading around the forum, as well as the Dream Journal section is a damn fine start to jumpstarting the old recall, as well as dusting off the old lucid mechanisms. Please let me or another staff member know if you have any questions, or want advice on a good starting point.
Nice to have you here :)
