Here's Me.
Hello everyone, it's Mathers. I just joined up today after finding a lucid dreaming question which mentioned this site. I've kind of had an on/off fascination with Lucid Dreaming over the last few years, but I really want to get into it now. Over the last few days, I've been trying, but I wasn't even dreaming the last few days. Either that, or I've just had terrible dream recall. Last night, though, I tried binaural beats, as well as the Wake Back to Bed technique. I've had several dreams last night, but none of them were lucid. However, I did record them on a dream journal. I guess I was doing the Wake Back to Bed technique wrong. The dream that followed wasn't lucid.
I'm not sure how to introduce myself. I'm a student at a high school, I play video games and take martial arts. You know, your average nerdy guy. Or geek. I don't know which.
Anyway, I'll probably cruise around on this website to see some tips. If I could have advice, that'd be nice. Of course, I might be too general.
I don't know. Anyway, hope to see y'all around! You guys seem pretty chill, so I'm sure this website'll be a pleasant experience! Thanks!

Welcome to Dreamviews!
Glad you decided to join, as we can definitelly help you with your lucid dreaming quest : )
WBTB is most often used with WILD induction. It also helps with DILD or MILD. But it may not do much just by itself. It's purpose is to make your mind more alert, so it doesn't fall asleep too soon when WILDing. But for a WILD to be successful, you should be familiar with the process. You will find a short, basic tutorial in link to inducion techniques below, and here is a long and detailed WILD by Sageous.

Read around and do ask, if we can help with anything. Happy dreams :alien:

Welcome to Dreamviews!
Even though you didn't have a lucid dream, it's not a total failure! You did remember some things from your dreams, I presume. You remembered several dreams, so that's progress!
