Hey guys
Hi guys, new to this and lots to learn.
I used to dream quite a bit years ago, but for the last 5 or so years I cant remember anything in detail maybe a small piece every so often but its basically nothing.ive always been interested but never did anything about it until now.ive been doing lots of research and listening to some crazy beats ive found on youtube.in the last 4 days im beginning to actually remember small random pieces of my dreams, very small pieces but im actually exited about it.Im thinking of ordering some CHOLINE BITARTRATE,MELATONIN,B6 and 5 HTP should I be taking these straight away and how much of each?
any help will be great
cheers

Hello, and welcome!
Supplements can be good for recall (same with the 'beats') but you don't want to become too dependent on it. I suggest keeping a dream journal as it's very good for remembering dreams. With the recall you have at the moment, write down all the details (even write down something if it's just a feeling or a small fragment). This will train your brain to remember more dreams.
If you have any questions, just ask! See you around. :dreaming:

Welcome to DV thecollector! :) Hope to see you around. Also if you don't remember a thing, just write down "Didn't remember" Just like KingYoshi said, it will help train your brain to want to write more things down, AND small fragments just like Astral said. :D

Welcome!
I used to find eating bananas helped me have really good dream recall (usually 2 dreams a night). I haven't had any bananas in almost a year and my dream recall has also diminished (not necessarily related though).
Another tip is when you wake up in the morning, before moving at all (turning over, sitting up, etc) try and remember your dreams right away then say them out loud. I find once I get out of bed any dreams that were on the edge of my memories just disappear.
I find dream recall to be one of the few parts about LDing that practice actually causes consistently noticeable results. Just make sure to keep at it.
