Hello! As of yet i'm not going to give away too many of my details 'cause i have the habit of joining a forum, and then not posting :? But i'm new to the whole LDing scene, thus i haven't had any :shakehead2: But tonight i'm going to try the Mp3 recently posted in one of the sections.

Have you already read the pages from the Dream Views main site? They contain a lot of useful information about lucid dreaming. There's also some great tutorials for various induction techniques and other aspects of dreaming.
However, I think you should start with keeping a dream journal where you record all your dreams. That helps you in getting to know your dreams better and therefore it also helps you to have your first lucid dream.
