Hey! Newbie here! :3
Hello there :) I really want to get into Lucid Dreaming, I already have a fair amount of lucid dreams by chance, but I never stay in them long and I don't have total control. I was wondering if anyone could help me learn more about LDing and maybe in actually being in one. Thanks! :3

Hey Daedra! Welcome to Dreamviews, and the answer to your question is yes! We can certainly help you out and push you in the right direction for your Lucid Journey, glad to hear that you have had a Lucid Dream before, great place to be starting at. If you're looking for a classroom (albeit, casual) like atmosphere to learn in you might consider singing up for a class in the DV Academy which is basically where a lot of the learning is done here on DV. I've put some links down below that you might find useful or interesting, check em' out of you want, or don't I don't mind!

Hello and welcome! :)
Oh that sounds great - so you actually got a good start already! Don't worry too much about control though. As you progress and gain experience things will get easier. The worst thing you can do is worrying that it won't work - chances are it won't just because you worry too much ;)
If you have any specific questions at the moment just ask - there will always be someone who is willing to help.
Sweet dreams,
Benni

Thanks Benni! :) I don't really have any questions at the moment , but I may think if something later.

Hey Daedra, welcome to DreamViews! Cool name
I second what Phased and benni said. Glad to see you've joined the DILD class, the teachers in that class are great. The first lucid dreams you have tend to be short but since you say you've already had a fair amount, it could possibly be a negative expectation. Try engaging your senses, if you're walking by a building run your hand across the wall and feel the texture. Look at things and see the detail, see what you can smell and hear. Engaging your senses can really help with how long an LD lasts.
Let me know if you need help with anything, I'll see you around the forums! :mismagius:
