Nightmare Similarities

Hi. I am "newbie" here. I have been having lucid dreams for a long time and I am still trying to understand them.
I sought this forum because I had a very strange experience happen recently. I had a very realistic and terrifying nighmare and I had planned on coming here to ask for advice. I waited to post my experience because I wanted to read some experiences to get an idea of what to expect. I had no intentions on posting after I read some of the posts. I couldn't see this fitting in anywhere.

I emailed my sister about the nightmare and went into detail. I logged off immediately after sending her the email and decided to call her. She had not been online. We start talking about normal everyday things and I brought up my nightmare. I started to tell her about it when she interrupted me to tell me about her nightmare she had the morning before I had mine. The similarities were so eerie! I yelled for her to stop and just read my email!

We had both had such similar experiences in our nightmares within 24 hours! In my nightmare,my husband seemed to be frozen in fear and would not respond to me and in her nightmare her husband was laying in bed and would not wake up. I was hit by an entity and felt like it went into me and I was raised up and hit into the ceiling over and over again. I couldn't let out a scream at first! I finally was able to scream "GET OUT OF ME!!!" a couple of times and I awoke to everyone in the house at my door. I was apparently screaming out loud. My husband apparently had to shake my legs to wake me up.

With my sister, she felt as though something picked her up and threw her into a wall. She also felt as though she couldn't scream

My sister and I are pretty shaken by this. We have always had similar experiences but never like this. We are still trying to figure out what to do next. We have talked about calling a church. I suggested this site to her.
