Now, To be Honest, I am Truly Lazy, So i have tryed to skip out Dream Journals and Getting up in the middle of the Night So far :D *
Now, With the two i have had, I have had such Vibrations as Described in WILD, But then I Stay lieing down for quite a while, Nothing seems to happen afterwards. ^^
I strongly recommend you keeping a dream journal...at first, it may seem difficult, but as you become more proficient in dream recall, it gets easier. Also, after you've got a couple of months worth of dreams down, you can begin to spot your personal dreamsigns, things that are amiss in your dreams, that keep popping up over and over again. When you see these, you are supposed to perform a reality check to verify that you are dreaming. This should help with lucidity.

I would appreciate any advice people could give me about how to go further in LDs, Because it seems at the moment to me as a Amazeing Thing to a Achieve, and be able to accomplish but still just out of reach :)[/b]
Well, first i really think you need to start with the dream journal, and progress from there...
