Sup y'all, i'm from Vietnam. I've never had a lucid dream, I really want to. I tried the WBTB method, the hardest part is that i have to go back to sleep, which i failed.
I would love to try some tips from you guys. :)

Welcome! :D
For beginners the best technique seems to be DILD/MILD, but you can also try WILD if you feel like. Here you have a link to a great post explaining lots of things about the technique and all day awareness.
Also if your dream recall is poor it would be a good idea to keep a dream journal, eventually your recall will be better and so will be your awareness and the vividness of your dreams, which will make it easier to get lucid.
For WBTB try to control your feelings, since if you're too excited it will be hard to fall asleep again.
Good luck!
Hey tikhung01, welcome to DV! :)
WBTB is a great technique that can be used together with other induction methods to help you have an ld. It requires some experimentation - when to wake up and how long to stay awake, until you find the right timing for you. Be sure to focus on induction techniques before falling asleep and then either fall asleep as usual or go for a wild. If you are having trouble falling asleep, you can reduce the wbtb time awake and if still having problems, try to just relax using relaxation/visualization/meditation techniques. You can focus on inner silence, your breathing, or casually visualize a scene.
Here's one technique that might help you fall asleep more easily and have an ld and also more info on other induction techs.
