My dream is to LD

Hi. I was introduced to lucid dreaming a few years ago, after which I gave up following a month of failure. Ever since, I have been dying to have a LD. I have decided to attempt it again and I hope that the supportive people of this forum will keep me going!

I'm working hard on my self-awareness and am doing RCs nearly every hour as well as writing down all of my dreams. I remember my first attempt at this when I was having up to 4 dreams per night! I hope that will happen again.

If you think about Lucid Dreaming alot, like day and night, then that would be an excellent bonus if you practiced ADA ( All Day Awareness ). Just try not to forget about it. That's a big problem i have. But believe me, having an LD is the greatest thing you will ever experience. If you have tried talking about it with your friends, you'll probably notice that it isn't very intriguing to them. Don't take that the wrong way, it is hard to explain it properly.

Ah, yes. That's the one i was looking for. Good luck to you. If that doesn't work for you, you could always look into V.I.L.D/W.I.L.D. (Both are pretty much the same, but VILD is easier in my opinion. We're all different, so just experiment.)

I've never heard of VILD. What makes it easier?
