Helloooooooooh!
So, first of all, sorry for my bad and poor english, i can listen and read english very well, but is hard to me to write or speak it.
So, just started in this world of lucid dreaming, i started like 9 or 10 days ago, and last night i had my first "lucid" dream.
I want to ask something about it.
In one moment of a regular dream i was looking at my left hand, and i counted my fingers 1,2,3,4,5... everything ok... What the hell?(in that moment i saw my hand perfectly clear), looked at my hand again and i saw two thumbs and two index, and after that i tryed the nose RC, i was breathing so i was in a dream, and lucid.
I spawned a water bottle cause i read that it helps to stabilize the dream.
Ok i think i was lucid, but i had no 3D immersion, was just like a regular dream, i wasn't even nervous, no tactile feeling, nothing.
The rest of the dream was like 2 minutes long, almost flying and having sex, but i ignored it cause i didn't wanted to wake up.
So, the question is:
I got lucidity and lost it immediately, mabye? or is just normal for the first lucid dreams?
But im almost sure that my dreams are not so vivid enough.
And again, sorry for my english and also because the post is a little bit long xD.

Hey, Welcome to DreamViews!
Losing Control, or not having complete control is normal for beginners like us, so don't worry about it, as it will improve with practice.
Vividness will also increase as you get better at remembering dreams. Dreams seem less vivid because of how well you remember them.
To help with this, make sure you keep a dream journal, to record all your dreams.
I would also recommend starting a thread in the intro class, or having a look around the forum to expand your knowledge of lucid dreaming!
Apart from that, start with small goals when lucid, like touching the surroundings and experimenting with reality checks.
This helps stabilize the dream, and helps convince yourself you are dreaming.
Hope this helped a bit, if I didn't explain clearly, drop me a message.
Good Luck!

Tnx xD, I know about the dream journal, is the first thing i did, 2 weeks of dreams written at the moment, also i read the thread about stabilization and clarity, i'll try to use that.

Hey 0maanu0, welcome to the community!
Since I'm very new to lucid dreaming myself and never had a LD I can't really help you, but I still wanted to welcome you to this forum.
This is a great place to expand knowledge on lucid dreaming and I hope that you'll stick around and share your experiences with us.
Have a great day and successful LDs :dreaming:
