First 'real' lucid dream
Hi everyone,
I joined this site a while ago after a few cases of half lucid dreams, things such as suddenly realising I can control things with my mind without actually realising I was dreaming and twice I've realised hey this is a dream only to wake up as soon as I've realised this.
I've been doing nothing to try induce lucid dreaming, I intend to, do for a few nights then forget but LOVE dreams in general, they're always such an adventure.
But last night WOW! I had actually forgotten about it all day until lying in bed tonight recalling last nights dreams when I remembered my fully lucid dream last night. How could I have forgotten?! I cant remember how I became lucid but I clearly remember I kept telling people "this is a dream I know it is, I'm asleep right now." I even wanted to show someone a perticular type of dog and said "dont laugh at me if this doesn't work but I'm actually dreaming right now" and tried using my hands to create a picture of the dog so they could see. It didn't work an I didn't have control as such but I happily went about my dream knowing full well and telling people I was dreaming.
Sorry to blab on a bit but its gotten me excited that I might actually be able to do this! It's all good and well thinking how awesome it would be to be able to lucid dream but when it really happens its pretty cool!

Its shocking when it happens first time isn't it , to the point you just scare yourself awake, that initial shock and excitment will develop into a more serious powerfull thought of mind , that being," i am dreaming, this is a dream and i can do what i want", the only limits on lucid dreaming is you cant control how long they last, if you could youd be there forever. I cant make them happen but when i get a pre-thought of knowing im dreaming , it becomes a thought of knowing im dreaming ( not a pre- thought) ......in your dreams you are the creator or everything, even a thought,,(this is my dream, i am a god,,,,,, only you will know the truth and other peoples,,,
