Hi I'm new to the forum. I love lucid dreaming! I first had a lucid dream accidentally when I was 14, I'm 27 now and with good dream journaling, a routine of reality checks in the day and positive thinking before sleep I have had varying degrees of lucid dreaming. I'm really interested to learn how to improve and thought discussing it would help. From looking around I've already decided I need to have screen-free time before bed and want to try apple juice before bed. Recently I've really struggled, had very little dream recall let alone lucidity! I don't know what's changed only that it is very hot at night could this affect dreams? I'm finding myself getting frustrated that I was improving and lately had no luck, I think my frustration might be making it worse, is it possible I'm just trying too hard?
