So, um... yeah. Hi.
Just a few days ago I heard somewhere someone talking about "Lucid Dreams": a dream in which you are entirely conscious of everything around you. The idea intrigued me, so I decided to search around on the internet to find out if there was anyway to trigger them on your own, and, as it would turn out, there are quite a few different ways. The only trouble is that I have a hard time remembering any of my dreams. I can only recall a few from when I was a child. Following the advice on this website, I am going to begin writing a dream journal and the other various tibets that I have found to help me remember my dreams. I suppose we'll see where it goes from there.
I suppose I should introduce myself more... That is kinda the idea of this whole post. Um, the reason why I am here and trying to LD in the first place is because I fancy myself an author. I figure that LD can help me to flex my imagination in new and creative ways. Also, it sounds pretty fun... The only reason I haven't started now is because I am visiting my father's and don't feel exceptionally comfortable whilst sleeping here. (I am going home tomorrow, though)
...That's all I got, really (I've wasted enough of your time, anyways); I don't usually use forums, but I thought it might help me keep a better dream journal if I knew someone else cared.
