Since visiting this site I have had two LDs. Both were short and lacked control but they were cool. I've had them in the past, after reading Leberges' Guide, but somehow had lost interest. I am so glad I rediscovered this "talent" "hobby" Gift?

LaBerge's book is an awesome guide and a great book to have. I think starting lucid dreaming again should be easier than in the first time, at least if you was any good in it before.
