Introductions Hi all, Tiffany here. LDs and OBEs

Hi, I'm Tiffany and I have been having lucid dreams for as long as I can remember. As a child I assumed that everyone dreamt in similar ways and like normal dreams they come and they go. Up until recently I never thought too much about it and just go with the flow while sleeping with varying control of my dreams.
About 4 months ago though I had my first out of body experience. I found the transition to that state profoundly disturbing and then got stuck in somewhat of a loop between my physical body and, well, the ceiling fan (or the floor). When I understood what I was experiencing I naturally tried to take control of the situation with no success and eventually went into a panic. Realizing my physical body was in paralysis the cycle of vibrations, rotating out of my body and either hitting the floor or drifting into the ceiling fan speed up to a nauseating speed until I finally (felt like it would never stop) found myself standing in a beautiful green field with the wind blowing softly.
Being fascinated with that experience, I started looking into different dream states and eventually found myself here.
Since, I have had a good handful of OBEs and my usual amount of LDs and normal dreams, though the dreams have not been normal by my standards.
What i can't figure out is why all the sudden I've had this change. In younger years I have dabbled in various mind altering, uh, 'helpers' and have communicated non verbally with two other like minds. I have not done anything like that in years, and one of the two people who I have done this with I have not spoken with for years as well. Yet one month ago the morning after having an OBE in which I felt a deep connection to him, he contacted me.
The last coupled of months I've felt there is something my body is trying to tell me but I can't for the life of me figure it out! Any thoughts, similar experiences? Looking for that clue that will make it all come together or at least settle my mind.

How nice, a lucid dreamer and OBEer.

I have heard from people, and it had happened to me as well, that you get contacted by someone you just dreamt about or was thinking about. I do believe, that our minds are able to connect to other minds via some kind of a "subspace" communication. Unfortunatelly we normally don't pay attention to it that much, but sometimes we notice and we are surprised by a "coincidence".

I havent expirienced an OBE or as I call it Astral Projection, but I have gotten to the vibration state.
I know a lot of information about lucid dreams and Astral Projection, but I wouldnt call my self a profesional because there is always something more to learn.
So about your meetings with other creatures. If you met these creatures in an OBE they are your mentors and I would am very interested how you met them. They give you advice and help you with different things. You can even ask them things about our fisycal world.
Now if you saw them in a Lucid dream they are nothing more than a dream characters. Dream characters are made by your subconcious mind. So basicly whatever or in this case who ever you imagine will appear there in your lucid dream.
I cant whait to hear about your Astra explorations ;-)

Hi Tiffany,. can I ask you something,. I'm similar to you in that I've had LD's for as long as I can remember. I discovered that this is infact no the way that everybody dreams and have begun reading about OBE's.
As someone it seems that naturally experiences OBE's can I ask you how you achieve it?

The thing is most of the advice on here involves alot of prep and conditioning but I dont have to 'train' myself to LD its just the way that I dream so I was hoping that I could use this 'skill' to slip into an OBE.

How do you do it?? :)
